Rosario Atelier — Handcrafted Leather Goods

Welcome to Rosario Atelier. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions below. These policies are designed to protect both you, our customer, and our small hand-crafted workshop.

👜 1. Handcrafted Products

All products are handmade using full-grain leather. Natural marks, scars, and variations are part of the material’s authentic character and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from photos shown online.

🪡 2. Small-Batch Availability

We do not mass-produce goods. Items may sell out and may not return once a batch is completed. We do not guarantee restock dates or future availability.

💳 3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless indicated otherwise. Payments are processed securely. Rosario Atelier does not store payment information.

📦 4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays. Once an order has shipped, Rosario Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

🔄 5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted under the conditions outlined on our Returns & Exchanges page. Refunds are not guaranteed without prior approval. Return shipping costs are not covered by Rosario Atelier.

🔐 6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

🎁 7. Gift Orders

Gift credit or exchange is available for items marked as gifts at checkout.

⚠️ 8. Misuse & Fraud

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or abuse of our return policies.
