About Lena
Family-Crafted Leather, Handled With Respect
Lena doesn’t work with factories.
She works with people.
Every hide we use comes from a small family-owned tannery in the Southwest, a workshop led by two generations who have treated leather the same way for more than 40 years. They tan and finish each hide slowly, without plastic coatings, without shortcuts, and without masking what makes it real.
These suppliers are not simply vendors to Lena. They are partners in craftsmanship. Together, they select only full-grain hides & the highest grade of leather that keeps its natural scars, marks, and character. The kind of leather that ages beautifully, instead of wearing out.
Lena cuts, stitches, and burnishes every piece by hand.
They provide the material.
Together, they create something that lasts.
