At Rosario Atelier, every piece is crafted slowly and with intention. Each bag is cut, stitched, and burnished by hand using full-grain leather sourced from the Herrera family tannery. Because our products are made in small batches, we treat every order with respect, and we ask the same care from our customers.
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition

Must include original packaging and accessories

⚠️ Return shipping is not covered by Rosario Atelier.
We are a small atelier, not a warehouse or factory.
💳 Refunds
Once your return arrives at our workshop, we carefully inspect the item to ensure it remains in original condition.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing can take 7–10 business days
If the item shows signs of use, damage, or wear, we may not be able to accept the return.
If your refund has not arrived after being approved, please first check:

♻️ Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged or defective.
If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include pictures of the product and packaging when possible.
🎁 Gifts
If you received a Rosario Atelier piece as a gift, you can exchange it or receive store credit equal to the value of the item. We will issue a digital credit once the returned item has been received and approved.
📌 Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
Because your bag enters production quickly, we cannot cancel after this timeframe.
🌿 Why We Don’t Offer Free Returns
We craft slowly and do not hold mass inventory. Free return shipping is a cost structure used by factory brands — not by small ateliers. Refusing wasteful logistics allows us to:
